TEXTFLOW - Replacement for text in applet

May occur in:	APPLET.

This element was introduced mainly to make the APPLET element legal. It should contain the alternative text which should be displayed if the applet cannot be executed. As it's optional, you may also put the text directly inside the APPLET tag instead.

In the latest version of HTML 3.2, this element was dropped.

Notes:

If you do not supply alternative text and want your document to be valid, the TEXTFLOW tags must be inserted.
